Hey guys i need some advise i put 2-7lbs briskets on my offset smoker at 545pm keeping the temp between 210-230 then 1145pm stoked the fire up i add wood every hour to maintain my temp but fell asleep and didn’t wake up to my alarm at 1245 and was planning on taking meat temp and possibly wrapping at that time to finish then jumping off the couch at 330am only had a few coals with smoker temp just under 100 and internal meat temp 120 have no clue what the temp made it to so I wrapped them and got smoker back to 225 am i looking at a complete fail or is it savable and where do i go from here
