Hi ya'all
I'm new to the forum, but not so new to smoking. I have smoked for the past few years in a large Weber Kettle but just bought myself a 16" Horizon from Basspro. This style of smoker is pretty new to me, have a lot to learn. I'm real excited to get started! Gonna season it good tonight so I can start going nuts this weekend!
Any feedback, advice, etc is welcomed! Thanks and I look forward to chatting with you all!
