Hey Ya'll, I'm the same JustPassingThrough but I have a new email address so I had to reregister with my new email.
Still in Tahiti, but not much smokin' ...the Weber Genesis rusted out, the Gas cabinet modified to PID controlled electric we gave to someone that was beginning sausage making and the original WSM, the fire grate rusted out and ACE doesn't have a replacement, we bought a Weber Master Touch BBQ that we have been using.
Sad news ...my cousin Bear Carver has passed, I still use his Beef Sticks recipe, only in the oven ........he will be missed.
I'm 75 and planning on retiring very soon, then I'll make a fire grate for the WSM.
I've got some catching up to do, but soon I'll have plenty of time. LOL
