Found this forum googling for some stuffed jalapeno recipes, and boy did I find them!!

My name is Joel, live in Anthem, AZ (bout 15 miles north of Phoenix). I have a Weber Smokey Mountain bullet style smoker, love it. Done ribs, sausage, pork shoulders, etc., just looking to expand my horizons.
