It's 10 degrees and snowing an inch an hour right now!
More importantly, I'm about to remove my first deer shoulder from the smoker!!!
I use a Big Green Egg and a Masterbuilt Smoker. I love them both!
I just finished doing Deer Bacon yesterday and once you eat it, you'll never buy bacon again!
I've read posts on this sight off and on. I just recently bought Jeff's rub and BBQ sauce recipes.
The shoulder has Jeff's original on it!
I can't wait to try it!!!
