My name is Ricardo. I live in the Atlanta metro area. I recently purchased a Smoke Hollow 4-in-1 Combo Gas & Charcoal grill. I enjoy beef ribs, lamb, chicken, and seafood. I am a beginner to smoking meats and excited to learn from the other members of this forum. Also, I’m hoping to pickup on some new recipes that I can experiment with.
