Hello to all the smoke lovers

I'm Rob, 47. From Tennessee. I have always loved smoked meat but just getting into doing it myself. I got myself a Small round Brinkman grill and smoker. Did all the mods I found only to help make it better and been using it. It's works but is a lot of work. I want to get a little more serious plus make it a little easier to deal with so that I will stick with it. Plus I want to learn and much as I can. Thank you

They make 3 sizes, 14.5, 18.5, & 22.5.
