Just to say hello and let you know that I'm first time electric smoker enthusiast. Will appreciate any help and looking forward to knowing you ladies and gentlemans. Getting today my new Masterbuilt 30" 4 drawer electric smoker and will try to use it tomorrow for first time brisket smoking. Any help will be very much appreciate. Thanks!!
