Hello Smokers

Brad here from Ottawa, KS. Got my first smoker (MES 30) for Christmas this year and have been experimenting since. Have done several racks of baby backs, and a couple of fattys. Will be doing my first pork tenderloin today. Will keep you posted in a new thread with how that goes! Glad to be here!
