My name is Steve, and I live in the state of Alabama, Birmingham specifically. 65 years old, retired, absolutely LOVE smoked meats of all kinds. We are lucky enough to have two locations for smoking meats, one at our primary home and the other at a lake cabin. Equipped with a vertical propane smoker and a regular Weber 22.5 grill at home and a MES 40 plus Weber 22.5 at the lake location. But, the smoking part started with the standard Brinkman Star Wars Smoker (R2D2, or was it C3PO?) Upgrade/upgrade/upgrade. Between God and Lipitor, my cholesterol is under control.
