Hi Folks,
My name is Gerald DiMauro, I live in New Jersey and I'm interested in learning all about smoking meats and fish and who knows what else. I know little to nothing about smoking other than low and slow. I was with a friend yesterday who had recently received an MES 30 as a gift and he was showing me the demo video on his cell phone. This got me interested in learning about smokers, which I had wanted to learn for a few years, and so I googled electric smokers and found this wonderful site. I hope to learn a lot from all of you and I thank you all in advance for any advice or tips you might share with a beginner like me.
