Hello- glad to join the group

I live in so. Calif. I love smoked meat, especially ribs. More than that I enjoy the cooking process. I want to build by own smoker...I have a lot of room in my back yard. It's great reading about everyone's experience and knowledge. I have been using my friends Bradley, but I want a gas smoker. Well I will continue to soak up the everyone's ideas.
