My name is Steven;

I live in Grimsley, Tennessee with my wonderful wife of 16 years Betty.
I have been smoking pretty much constantly for the last 6 months in my Masterbuilt electric 30" S.S. smoker w/ remote. Great unit except The probes are way off from the factory. I use a twin probe remote thermometer through the top vents anyways. I mostly smoke pork spare ribs, brisket, from scratch BBQ beans, and my favorite pulled pork Boston butt. The wife says I'm becoming a pro!: grilling_smilie:
