Hello, I'm in Midwest Wisconsin. I've had my MES 30 for about two months now. I just picked up the AMNPS a couple weeks ago and a Maverick ET-732 earlier this week. So far, I'm loving using this. I've tried beef jerky, pork tenderloins, chicken breasts, baby back ribs, hamburgers and store bought polish sausage/kielbasa.
