Hello all! Newcomer to SMF, and I've just smoked my first ever dish last week - a rack and a half of Baby Back Ribs on my new 18.5" Weber Smoky Mountain. I love browsing these forums for delicious recipes and look forward to a long time of smoking food for my family and friends.

Baby Back Ribs from Maplewood Meats, Howard, WI
Mustard binder
Pork Perfect Pork Rub by Fire and Smoke Society
Smoked for 3 hours at about 210 using hickory wood chunks
Wrapped in tin foil with brown sugar, butter, more rub, and apple juice
Went into the oven at 250 for about an hour and half until the probe read 193
Delicious!
