Hello from Wisconsin! My name is Taylor, I live in central Wisconsin. Very new to this smoking game. My wife bought me an inexpensive two-door vertical charcoal smoker. Did some mods to it and have smoked about a handful of meats, the latest being a 7 pound brisket a month ago.

Looking forward conversing with you all gaining tips, tricks, and whatever you all have to offer!

Thanks! Yeah she's definitely a keeper! I figured I would use this smoker for awhile, save up some money and upgrade down the road. For now, this is more than just fine.
