Fairly new to smoking meat. Purchased a master built vertical smoker. Smoked a few things mostly ribs and chickens. Today I'm smoking a small brisket that my wife has gotten me. She says I'm obsessed with smoking as I watch BBQ pit masters quite often on Netflix.
