Hey all! After skulking around the forum and gleaning many useful tidbits I have decided to create an account. The mes40 with a slow smoker is my current rig, however I live with my brother who runs an obs. Maybe we are the odd couple! Side note my brother is a maintenance tech at a facility which produces supplements and has access to food safe drums, so we may have a DIY UDS post coming shortly! Also my significant other of 6 years works at a brewery so we have plenty of opportunities for frosty adult beverages.
