Smoking a brisket in the new Masterbuilt Elec smoker. It's 15 degrees outside, and the smoker is holding temp like a champ!

We have been having a little cold here in the Rockies too but any weather is good smoking weather. I hope you'll post some pictures of that finished brisket!
