I just recently started to learn how to smoke meat using an old brinkmann electric smoke n grill. Looking for advice, techniques & some good recipes. I was inspired to do so after me & my husband ate some smoked Brisket from a place back home in Mississippi close to Pascagoula where I'm from called The Shed. I went to their web site & got the recipe & smoked one @ home & We've been hooked ever since! It turned out perfect!
