Hello from Venezuela

Hi there:

My name is Nelson, I'm from Caracas, Venezuela. I am a civil engineer that works as a Sales Manager for Crown Lift Trucks in Venezuela. I also have a degree of Professional in Culinary Arts, so it's my passion to cook. I have been cooking BBQ for almost 15 years now (I'm 33), and I just bought my first smoker, a Brinkmann offset smoker and grill, it was really cheap and I couldn't pass on that offer ($80).

Hope I can get the most out of my new smoker and learn a lot from you guys!
