Just joined today after placing my order for a Weber Smokey Mountain. I've done a little smoking on my gas grill but this will be my first attempt with the charcoal. I'm looking forward to lots of tips and recipes for the smoking veterans.

I live in Cranbrook and have only been smoking for a year but I have learned a lot from this forum. When I want to try a new project, I look it up in the search bar and get lots of ideas. The nice people here are always willing to answer any questions I have. I have even posted pictures of what I am doing as I go along and have got real time advice.
