So I have lurked around long enough and getting great ideas from everyone on here. I figured it was time to join and give back a little and continue to learn. I have Chargriller Duo w/SFB with a couple of mods done. I have had it for about a year now and smoked mostly shoulders and ribs with a tri-tip here and there. I grew up in MS near Memphis so that is my favorite style along with some Eastern NC influence coming from the wife. I look forward to learning from you all and I hope I can contribute back.
