Hi there,

My name is Clint.  I got a Masterbuilt smoker for a belated birthday present in June of 2012 and love it.  I have done lots of baby back and spare ribs.  About 10 tri tips and a couple briskets.  I want to start to branch out a little into more items, so I thought I would check out the forum and learn a few things.

Thank you.

Thank you!

I really joined this forum at a bad time lol.  I just started a Biggest loser competition at work and seeing all these good recipes and ideas are making me regret it a bit.

I have the two door Masterbuilt Propane/Charcoal smoker and am kinda hoping my beer fridge dies soon to convert it to a larger smoker.  Spare ribs barely fit in the smoker I have.

Welcome aboard Clint from another old Pueblo member-strong Marana ties here. Get that weight lost so you can start all over! (grin). glad ya found us-enjoy.

Well so far I am eyeballing the fatties.  Those look awesome for a celebration food for when I win the competition.

I really want to do a turkey breast roast soon.  Healthy Turkey is always on the menu! :)  I have to do some reading on Brines and things.  Maybe next week I will look into the ecourse more.
