New to the forum, new to smoking, but not new to roasting meats.  Just bought a Brinkmann TMLE to get my feet wet with smoking, but I have a rotisserie made out of a 250-gallon oil drum that I've used for pigs, turkeys, chickens, pork shoulders, and pork loins.  Looking forward to having something a little smaller to experiment with recipes.

Will be assembling and modifying the TMLE over the next couple of weekends.  Will start a build thread with pics once I get underway.

Looking forward to learning from everyone on this site.

Good morning and welcome to the forum, from a bright, sunny day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
