Hello,
I am totally new to the smoking universe. the wife and I bought a house out in the country with acreage. we have the chickens and working towards a pig to raise and butcher and I want to smoke a ham and bacon. I have read a few post and I guess I will try out a electric master built 40" for now and maybe graduate up to charcoal once I get a hang of it. I have to dig down into the forum and find out if I need the Bluethooth one or not. I need to find out what the whole propose of the bluetooth is. off to the to the forum I go to read and learn.
