Hello from the First State

I hope to be using ya'll for mods and suggestions from time to time...not new to smokin' but still lookin for ideas on making it easier on oneself....got a silver smoker love it for what i do....usually  do a big get together 2-3 times a year for guys i work with....ya know one of them 10 hour 6 rack of ribs, couple butts , and a good size brisket kinda days.. oh yeah a few cold adult beverages...hope maybe i can add something to the forum
