Hello I'm Matt from St. Peters, MO. I bought an ECB about two years ago, but just now got around to using it. I changed it to electric about six weeks ago and have been smoking ribs, pork butt, and sausage since then. Looking forward to getting to the point where I can at least look like I know what I'm doing.
