Hello from southwest Kansas

I have been reading through the forums for a while and just joined today. I wish I would've found this site a couple years ago before my first smoker build. I've been smoking for about 20 years, started on a little cheap charcoal water smoker. I look forward to continue getting good ideas from the site.
