I joined in October, but I don't think my post made it(still learning social media too). Anyway, just started smoking this late summer. I love a good piece of meat and figured why not try my hand at smoking it? My only regret is I didn't start sooner. I have a WSM and love figuring out what works for each cut of meat. Eating it is a nice reward too. Thanks to those for their open and friendly suggestions so far!
