Hello everyone !!
Let me start off saying HI. I have been grilling for a good 10 years and and recently got a smoker for Christmas and have been getting it all figured out. Had some issues getting smoke and keeping the temp stable all newbie problems but after a few weekends playing with it and messing up i am finally getting the hang of it so far i have only done 2 whole chickens and a pork tenderloin and think i'm ready to move on to something a little bigger. I am going to need some help i'm sure. first thing i figured out was the stock smoker box was to small and upgraded that.Well enough with the talking and on to the pictures of said smoker and foods.
