I am smoking with a MES 1500 watt and I have to say this forum helped m through my first smoke. Looking forward to many more with you guys. Hope to learn a few tricks an maybe share some along the way

I have that same smoker and produced a lot of good Q out of it! Taught myself to smoke on that thing. Heating element went out after 6 years and I finally upgraded to another but man I loved that thing.
