I'm Eddie, from the Seattle area. I enjoy fly fishing, hiking, cycling, long walks on the beach...

I recently got a Big Chief smoker. I have already smoked some ribs and just finished some sablefish.

Welcome to the forum.  With a Big Chief, I would strongly suggest salmon (Yum) amd cheeses
