I am originally from NY, I have a Smoke Hollow 44" Smoker, a 4gallon deep fryer, a flat top grill and a 5 burner Char Broil Grill. I have videos on You Tube. This weekend I am doing smoked ribs. I will be using a standard rub with a Bourbon mop sauce on half and a Mustard rub with a Mustard mop sauce. Stop buy and check it out.

You can always embed your videos in your post by copying the embed link from YouTube then use the "Video" button on the toolbar in the editor window. But Please embed your videos and don't just post links, most people here don't want to leave by clicking a link, they would rather just watch the video right in the post! Thanks!
