I'm originally from SC, but have been in VA for over 30 years. Been smoking and grilling meats for a while, but I'm always looking forward to learning something new.

Welcome from Iowa, glad you joined us!

I saw this picture of these hinges while I was searching for smoker plans online, and it looks like it's someone on this site. Anyone know who made these?

Welcome! I too live in the 757... also been here long enough to remember when it was the 804.

Hey Tony - welcome aboard! I don't recognize anything in that pic as something produced here...but it could be I guess. I do like the looks of those hinges, too. That style of hinge would be fairly straightforward to fabricate out of some 1/4" plate - or even out of flat bar stock. But there's also places you can buy similar ones online. I bought a couple sets of strap-style smoker hinges off Amazon last year that I was real happy with. And there's a site called smokerplans.net that also sells a similar hinge.

And, if you're planning a smoker build project, I hope you'll post a build thread here - and take us all along for the ride!

Welcome from Ohio. Just Google prefab smoker parts. There are a lot of suppliers out there. Check on Etsy if you want an artistic flare.
Making them yourself is not bad either. Model them in cardboard first. Angle grinder cut and grind. I clamp parts together and finish them on a beltsander. Jigsaw portaband drill press is helpful.
Ask questions, but most of all have fun. Search your questions may already have been answered
