What’s up SMF! I’ve always run into forums when trying to gain some insight on different cooks I have done over the years and decided, why not finally join one? I have been smoking meats for a few years now, mostly pork butts, briskets, wings for large gatherings and typically get consistent, quality products on a cheap charcoal bullet smoker. Always looking to improve so I’m excited to join up and gain some wisdom from all of you!
