Just wanted to drop by and say hello and introduce myself.

I'm from Pittsburgh, Pa. Home of the 6 time superbowl champion Pittsburgh Steelers and 4 time stanley cup champion Penguins.

Im a huge sports nut.

New to the meat smoking world and have been reading this forum for a couple weeks and i have learned a lot.

i have a char broiler grill with a side smoking box right now and have smoked a couple things

Plan on getting a mes30 to do snack sticks and beef jerkey.

Welcome from Emporium. There are quite a few members from PA and on the West side as well...Lots of good info here and if you search your smoker will see mods to tune it up and how guys use it...JJ
