Hi, just logged on to learn. I have been grilling a lot and have a natural gas grill piped into the house gas system. We started doing long slow cooking a couple years ago on the gas grill. We love doing the rotisserie with chicken (and when I am home alone, duck and rabbit). I will be having a little more time to do more, and would like to get a smoker. Not sure what I want to get, I was thinking charcoal and wood; the kids think electric. I would like to learn more about rubs and making BBQ sauces. My wife is mild, I like a little more zip.
I hope to search the archives and join in as I learn more. I am sure there is a lot of good information here with all the experienced folks that are posting.
