Howdy all. I am ScottyJ from Tri-City Oregon. I have been smoking meat for about two years now. I use a Brinkman electric smoker that was given to me. Priour to the Brinkman I only Cold smoked.
I like to use fruit wood in my smoking adventures. I use Plum, Cherry, Pear, Apple, and Peach. I have also used Mytrle, Oak, and Madreone wood to smoke. I am also in the process of trying to build a U.D.S. (Ugly drum smoker).
