Hey there, folks. I'm fairly new to the smoking scene (about a year). From Portland, Oregon. Learning as I go. I use a Char Broil vertical charcoal smoker. However, all of my guests always leave with a full belly and satisfaction. I'm enjoying learning new tips and tricks. Most recent smokes include: tenderloin, butt, St. Louis spare ribs and brisket.
 
Ryan King, welcome to SMF!  Glad you're here and enjoying feeding the masses. 

My wife and I were up in your neck of the woods last month for the eclipse, viewing from a country location outside Salem.  What an experience.
