Hi all!  Have been looking from the outside in for a couple years and have now decided to register.  Great information, tips and advice!  I am a beginner, although I have owned a Masterbuilt Elite electric smoker for just over 3 years.  Sadly, I have not put it to much use.  I hope to change that and become a regular smoker! Thanks to all for sharing your ideas and expertise.
