Hey all this has got to be one of the best places I've found while looking for recipes ever! Incredible amount of knowledge and great recipe ideas here. I got an acorn king griller ceramic BBq for Xmas last year and haven't used the gas grill since,love this thing. I am planning to upgrade to a big Green egg as it has thicker walls which would keep more stable heat here in the winter when it gets to -20 - -30C and I want to have a button or brisket in all day over the winter. Hope I can add some recipes to this place
