Hello from Oklahoma

Hello, My name is Andy and I'm a smoke-a-holic. I'm from Oklahoma, where the Sooners have been cheating since 1889, Go State! I've been smoking/tailgating for the past six years now. A friend and I started a cooking team and have been entering contests for about a year now. We have a couple of ECBs, several home made patio smokers and we have also built a 250 gallon reverse flow mounted on a trailer for contests, but are always looking to upgrade/improve. We have already learned very much from this site and hope to return the favor by contributing any information we can.

First off Welcome Andy to SMF. You'll like it here for there are alot of really good folks here that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking. Now there are alot of proven recipes for some amazing things here too. So if you need sign up for the E-Course it's free and it will give you the basics of smoking and some good methods to use also. So the next big thing for you to do is go out and get you something to smoke and if you happen to have any questions just post it here and we will be happy to answer them for you.
