Hello Everyone and Thanks for having me here. I am stationed in Okinawa, Japan and have been BBQ/Smoking meat since I was a youngster. I am currently older than 40 and hoping I can learn from all walks of life here. Again Thanks for letting me join the group and looking forward to learning experience. I am currently smoking on an old auto-sham converted into a smoker with gas currently but fixing to change it over to electric and put a PID controller in for a constant temperatures for smoking or just holding meat for staying warm. Let the good times roll !!!
