Hello from Ohio

I have been visiting this site now for a while an decided to join. I have been smoking less than a year, but I can't get enough. I am using a Master Forge vertical smoker. I have gotten some great advice from this site and plan on sharing pics and anything I can to help others. Today I am smoking my first pork butt and it has been on for about 6 hours now. I have done ribs, stuffed burgers and pork loin in the past and I am looking forward to tackling my first brisket very soon.

From start to finish it took 11 hours. I got all of my tips and info from here. By far the best I have done and best me and my family have had.
