Hello.  Just like to introduce myself.  I'm an avid outdoorsman, who smokes most of my game-birds and fish.  I recently acquired a new Masterbuilt 20070910 which brought me to this forum via a search.  I have used an offset firebox smoker for the last 10 years, and decided I wanted to have a bit more control when doing pheasant, salmon, trout, etc. I currently have a couple brisket flats in the box now.  Hopefully I'll be able to exchange my knowledge in game, for some swine and steer knowledge.
