I am not sure what the Qview is but I will look into it.

I saw the E-course. I will look into that.

Me and Mrs Score were in Western Beef today looking at different large cuts of meat to smoke. Pork Belly, Pork Butt and Shoulder, a nice Brisket.

I am a total amatuer at this. I will tons of questions.
