Found this site while researching making my own bacon, I see I have lots of reading to do!
I currently have a GMG Daniel Boone pellet grill, and will be resurrecting a Bradley smoker shortly. My go-to has always been pork butts ('cause they're easy!), but I've tried brisket (failed) and made my own bratwurst once (success!). Will hopefully add bacon to that list soon!
I appreciate the time the experts here have poured into helping out us novices, and hope to contribute myself someday.
