Hi All. Thanks for all of the great information I've already gotten from SMF.com. I am definitely a newbie. I've smoked probably 10-15 times, all using a weber kettle. I just got a smokenator for the weber and have now used it twice. I've made ribs, brisket, pulled pork, chicken....some good some very bad! I'm trying to learn each time I smoke and this seems like the place to be. I'm in the Bay Area of California...about 45 minutes south of San Francisco. I look forward to reading more. Thanks again!
