I remember seeing the first batch of pics way back when you posted this thread.. Nice to see the evolution of this smoker...glad you got the door hinge issue fixed. BTW- I love the bike brakes on that smoker!

Thanks, Yeah the door is a pleasure to open and close now. Incidentally, the latch on the backside of the handle actually seems to work better now as well. I think because there is probably more clearance due to the hinge design now.

The handle for moving the smoker was going to just be the original handle from the air compressor, but then I had the idea of cutting that handle and welding on the handlebars. The brakes were an inevitable evolution after that idea haha
